Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Pipe Layers for a major infrastructure project at Gatwick Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term project with a leading UK contractor specialising in large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure works.
Role Responsibilities:
- Laying, connecting, and testing pipes for drainage and utilities
- Installing various types of pipes, including plastic, concrete, and steel
- Ensuring proper alignment and depth according to specifications
- Carrying out trench excavation and backfilling as required
- Maintaining safe work practices and adhering to site safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (Groundworks or relevant Pipe Laying qualification)
- Proven experience in pipe laying on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Ability to provide a fully checkable 5-year work history
- Right to work in the UK
- Eligible for a DBS check
- Able to obtain airside pass clearance for Gatwick Airport
