Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to manage civil engineering projects, working on flood defence and highways schemes in the Kent area.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of site staff, operatives and sub-contractors
• Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans
• Understand tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets
• Preparing and monitoring programmes of work
• Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
• Manage design co-ordination
• Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts
• Inform, consult, and involve local groups as necessary
• Foster good relations and reputation with clients
• Understand and administer contract change

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Site Agent
• A background in heavy civils schemes with a main contractor experience
• Experience working on either earthworks/drainage, flood defence, structures or highways/road schemes.
• NEC Contracts Experience
• HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent,
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
