Quality Administrator

Job Title: Quality Administrator
Location: Office-Based
Salary: Up to €50,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established international design and construction contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. Operating in sectors such as food production, pharmaceuticals, data centres, logistics, and advanced manufacturing, they are known for delivering technically challenging schemes with precision and efficiency.


Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-planning quality requirements, with a strong focus on documentation, compliance, and system management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-planning for quality across projects.

  • Draft and manage Quality Management Plans for complex Data Centres.

  • Prepare, review, and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company quality standards.

  • Provide administrative and reporting support for quality assurance activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams to drive a culture of quality.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality role, preferably within pharma, data centres, or food industries.

  • Strong software and IT skills.

  • Proven ability to draft and review quality documentation.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
